Can I ask for a refund of the payments for my subscription? Updated by

Like any other subscription, our HelperChoice platform involves an automatic renewal payment charge. You can stop this subscription at any time before the end of the current period. Since we value our customer’s satisfaction, we can process a refund of the last payment or offer some services if:

  • If the customer forgot to cancel the auto-renewal of their subscription. Please reach out to us within 5 days after the last day of your current subscription period.
  • If the customer subscribed for the wrong subscription plan and wants to downgrade it to a lower subscription plan, within 5 days since the purchase date.

For employers who forgot to cancel the auto-renewal of their subscription beyond 5 days, we can offer the following services compensation:

  • Training packages for your helper depending  on the amount of the subscription paid.
  • Premium subscription depending on the amount of subscription paid. This means that Customers can have their premium access extended.
