Can I meet up with the family before accepting the job?

You are free to meet with the family before accepting the job. In fact, this is encouraged so you and your employer can get to know each other better. Just be sure to have a clear agreement or conversation with the employer. Never say yes, if you do not intend to be contracted by the employer. To some, it helps by meeting the employer in person as this gives them the feel and idea of what kind of employer you would have.

Be sure to make everything clear when you do.
